1. All sold products via Sogha Qatar App are non-returnable.

2. Exchanged items must have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired without compromising the items quality, fake, fiddle or does not match the specifications stated on Sogha Qatar App.

3. Exchanged items must be in their original packaging with all its original content, including, but not limited to, accessories and manuals.

4. Exchanged items (unless defective, fake or fiddle) must be in resell-able condition.

5. Personal products such as, but not limited to, shaving equipment and hygiene products are not eligible for exchanges.

6. You have the right to claim your refund in cash when there is a legitimate case proven. We will not deduct any kind of transactions fees, such as Visa Card/MasterCard/NAPS fees or processing fees, from your refund amount.

7. You have the right to receive your refund within 15 calendar days of your original request.

8. You have the right to exchange items purchased within 14 calendar days of purchase. Exchanged items must be in their original sealed packaging.

9. We charge 50QR for delivery to anywhere in Qatar.

10. Customers can cancel the order before it is shipped/ started the product delivery to the customer. Normally, Sogha takes 12 hours to ship the product and customers can contact Sogha customer support if face any cancellation is required. 11. Sogha Qatar provides a manufacturer warranty on products if it applies. Sogha Qatar ensures that all products we sell are under our strict quality policy. The detailed refund policy is mentioned in the refund policy page.
